Brindavan Matriculation Higher Secondary School follows a structured fee system to support academic facilities, infrastructure maintenance, and student services. Parents are requested to adhere strictly to the prescribed fee schedule to ensure smooth academic operations.

Term Fee Overview

The school collects fees on a term basis, which includes tuition fees and other applicable charges as prescribed by the school management. The fee structure is designed to be reasonable and applicable for each academic year.

Fees must be paid on or before the due dates notified by the school. Non-payment within the stipulated time may lead to disciplinary action as per school rules.

Term-Wise Payment Schedule

• I Term – June
• II Term – October
• III Term – January

Fee Rules & Regulations

• Fees should be paid on or before the due date for each term.
• Students with pending fee dues will not be permitted to appear for examinations.
• Failure to pay fees on time may result in the student’s name being struck off the rolls.
• For re-admission, all outstanding dues must be cleared along with a fresh admission fee.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable.
• The management reserves the right to revise the fee structure as required.
